RETAIN is a comfort and habit-awareness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If compulsive behaviour is seriously affecting your life, a qualified professional can help more than underwear can. No product replaces that.

We process your email address to run the waitlist and to send you launch and build updates. Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw that consent anytime, with effect for the future, by replying to any email or writing to jonathrad@gmail.com.
Two processors are involved: Netlify for form submissions and Cloudflare for anonymous, cookieless visit statistics. Both are US-based companies, so your data can be transferred outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on their Standard Contractual Clauses as the transfer safeguard. No data is sold, shared, or used for anything beyond running this waitlist.
We keep your email until the founding drop has shipped and you have received the launch email, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. We delete waitlist data we no longer need at least once a year.
Your rights under the GDPR: access under Art. 15, rectification under Art. 16, erasure under Art. 17, restriction of processing under Art. 18, objection under Art. 21, and data portability under Art. 20. To use any of them, write to jonathrad@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority under Art. 77 GDPR, for example the authority responsible for Hesse, the HBDI.
